What is MOER?
The Maricopa Open Educational Resource Learning System (MOER), is a web-based STEM assessment and course management platform. It is open-source and provides MCCCD Faculty and students with a high-quality alternative to publisher homework systems.
MOER is designed specifically for STEM content, providing delivery of homework, quizzes, tests, practice tests, and diagnostics with rich mathematical content. Students can receive immediate feedback on algorithmically generated questions with numerical or algebraic expression answers.
